Return and shipping policies

Return Policy for all Internet and Phone Orders
MooShoes strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept all returns within 30 days, from the day the package is received.

In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Shoes must not be worn, and must be tried on indoors, with socks. If a returned item appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted and a refund or exchange will not be granted. If you are unsure of an item please wear it indoors and do not wear them outside. We will grant a full refund, store credit, or exchange on any unused item. All shoes should be sent back in their original boxes and please make sure all boxes are wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

When returning or exchanging, please include a note stating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange. The note should also include a name, phone number, and order number in case there are any questions. Please make sure to include to this information to prevent any delay in your return request.

You can send the item back any way you like as you are responsible for all return shipping. We suggest shipping it back via a method that can be tracked. We cannot take responsibility for items that do not make it back to the store.

Upon receipt of the item you will be contacted via email or phone, and a refund or exchange will be given.

Be advised that some shoe styles come in UK or European sizes. Please take this into consideration before assuming the wrong size has been sent. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact the store prior to placing an order.

Return Policy for In Store Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we accept all returns within 30 days of the purchase date. In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. In store purchases can only be exchanged or return for a store credit. We do not give cash or credit card refunds for in store purchases. This policy is clearly stated on your receipt and is also displayed at checkout. If you wear shoes out the door, they cannot be returned for any reason.

If an item needs to be returned because they are damaged, or have broken prematurely please contact us before sending them back. Please email us at orders@mooshoes.com and we will get back to you right away and help find a solution immediately.

Shipping Fees and Tracking Options

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all initial shipping fees if the order is less than a $100. We are offering free shipping for all orders over $100 for all orders within the continental US. If the wrong item or size has been sent, MooShoes will refund all extra shipping charges that have been incurred.

If an item is being exchanged, MooShoes will ship up to one exchange via ground mail at no extra cost for domestic customers. Any additional exchanges will be charged to the customer. All international customers are responsible for all shipping charges. When an item is being returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that MooShoes cannot take resposibility for items lost in transit. This hardly happens but unfortunately can occur in very rare situations. We will do everything in our power to locate any lost package.

We also cannot take resposibility for items that are being returned to us that do not make it back to the store which is why we advise sending it back via a method that can be tracked.

All orders within the continental US will be shipped via UPS. All international orders, including Canada, will be shipped via USPS airmail. PO boxes and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent priority mail through the USPS.

All international customers, please be advised that if tracking option is selected, your order will be sent express mail, and will be trackable. If this option is not selected, please be aware that we will not be able to track these orders.

MooShoes does not take responsibility for any customs fees that may incur as they are completely beyond our control.

If you need your order expedited, please call our store during our regular business hours and someone can arrange 3 day, 2 day or overnight shipping for any order than can be shipped via UPS
